Food Safety & Standards Authority of India Technical Officers Welfare Association
It serves as a nodal platform fostering multidisciplinary collaboration among Science, Technology, R&D, Academia, and Industry in the food sector.
- The Objective ,inter-alia is to Promote the professional knowledge by way organizing seminars, workshops, and training programs aimed at enhancing food safety awareness and best practices and disseminating food safety and regulatory knowledge from grassroots to industry level while channelling advancements in research, development, and regulatory frameworks to benefit consumers, industries, and all stakeholders involved in the food business.

At the same time, it is important to reflect upon the pros and cons of the Lonavala Seminar held on 27th January 2024, so that we can apply those learnings in organizing the National Conference on Food Safety Ecosystem 2026 at Munnar. Kolkata AGBM 2022
AGM of FTOWA was held at Kolkata on 5th November 2022 with maximum physical participation by Association members with site seeing program and gala dinner. The regional coordinator of the program Shri D P Guha and Shri B S Acharya had made the AGBM more visible and enjoyable for the success of objective of the association
Lonaval Seminar 27th Jan 2024
The AGBM coupled with workshop on Industry specific stake holders meet on problems and Challa for food safety ecosystem was held at Hotel Metro park , Lonavala . During the program various topics like labelling and display , licensing and registration of food business regulations, adjudication and samplings are covered to enlighten the industries for their compliance strategy which was also followed by site seeing .
New Delhi AGBM 15th Mar 2025
The AGBM on 15th March 2025 was held at Regd office of the Association at Karol Bagh with maximum physical participation of members of Association followed by dinner and on 16th a special gala dinner was organized with the family of members
